Once the project is agreed, we build out a schedule of works and liaise with all other necessary trades to ensure a clear and realistic timeline is in place. We also organise any materials that are needed to get working on the project.
Once the project gets underway, we work to deliver the project in the agreed time frame. Once the project is complete we review with you to ensure everything is as you want before issuing sign off on the project.

Heading up MCR Contracting, Jack brings a unique blend of creativity, discipline, and technical skill to every landscaping, renovation, and extension project. Before moving into construction, he spent five years in the south of England working as a chef in Michelin star kitchens - an environment where precision, organisation, and attention to detail were essential.
That experience now underpins his approach to building. Jack understands the importance of careful planning, clear timelines, and delivering high-quality results without cutting corners. His background has given him exceptional time management skills and a calm, methodical way of working, even on complex projects.
After returning home to Manchester, Jack retrained in construction and has since built a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and honest communication. Whether transforming an outdoor space or improving a home, he takes pride in doing the job properly, paying attention to the details that matter and ensuring every project is completed to a high standard.
